Dennis Johnson has over 15 years of development experience as the Managing General Partner of retail and office projects totaling over 125,000 square feet. Most of these projects have been in the Puget Sound area. Mr. Johnson was exclusively responsible for all phases of the development process, including site selection, project design, site plan approvals, permitting, tenant recruitment, financing, construction oversight and tenant relations.
Mr. Johnson has been a licensed Managing Broker in Washington State since 1995 and has managed retail and suburban office properties as well as leasing retail and office projects during that time.
Mr. Johnson has also been a Real Estate Manager for Shell Oil Products US and Development Manager for Value Place Hotels, performing all aspects of real estate management and development.
Mr. Johnson is a past president of the Washington NACORE chapter and past board member of NACORE’s Washington chapter.
